The term “User”, “you”, or “your” refers to any person using or accessing the Platform to place food orders.
1.2. Our goal is to provide you with a smooth and hassle-free experience, from placing an order to handling cancellations, returns, or refunds where applicable. We are committed to offering reliable and convenient food delivery services.
1.3. This Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy (“Policy”) must be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions. It outlines the process for order cancellations, returns, and refunds applicable to food and beverages ordered through Jio Eat.
2.1. By using the Jio Eat Platform and/or placing a food order, you agree to the terms outlined in this Policy. If you do not agree, we advise you not to proceed with ordering. Please review this Policy periodically, as we may revise its terms at any time.
3.1. You may cancel an order before the restaurant confirms and begins preparing your food. Once preparation has started or the order is out for delivery, cancellation is no longer possible.

4.6. If you paid using Cash on Delivery, refunds will be made to your bank account (based on details you provide) if the restaurant is a third-party vendor. If the sale was made directly by Jio Eat, your refund will be processed to your Jio Eat Wallet. We do not offer cash refunds.
